English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Rooms

Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

I loved the way how all the trees were lined up and how the sun beamed on us while we walked through. Also I loved the way this place was located especially on the beach. I also liked the way the pools were set up with games every day and how Nando was able to help with each game and make sure we played right and not cheat. All the rooms and everything was nice a clean and didn’t have any stains or anything that was shown.

The butlers there where great. Actually that was the best part of the trip, very attentive. There’s many gimmicks to the hotel, they’re very cheap unless you pay a premium. Never will I pay $20 for a bag of chips

We stayed at Planet Hollywood from May 18th to the 25th, and we had a fantastic time! We booked the Star Class for our trip and it we were quite happy with the service we received. Our butlers were Roy and Molly, and they were just great!! Very attentive and always very responsive. They were great at always getting us our first selection for reservations. They did an awesome job decorating our room for both my daughter and my birthday...it was a very pleasant surprise. The room was a very decent size, and they did a great job cleaning it daily. I know that there have been some complaints about the food; however, we had no problem finding something to eat. We have two pretty picky kids, and they always had a ton of food to choose from. So, I honestly think that it comes down to just "how" picky you are. The resort itself was kept very clean! They were always working on the grounds and the common areas. The entertainment was decent. Nothing to rave home about, but definitely not terrible. Our personal experience was very good. We would definitely go back. My amazing trip

We book this resort for our senior trip and it was amazing the food was outstanding james the butler suggested 2 restaurants that we could not stop eating at the braza and the shores both were excellent the room was always clean after i left and having a mini fridge that was always stocked helped me get through my days. On my first and 3rd day ignacio the butler helped me find everything i needed no matter where i was or what it was he was there to help both of my butlers were outstanding men having the resort be right off the beach was amazing it allowed for both pool time as well as beach time.
