Location

The hotel is located on Tulum Avenue, one of the most important streets of central Cancun. It is just 20 minutes from the international airport and 5 minutes from the Hotel Zone. It is perfect for business and close to restaurants, bars, cinemas and shopping centres.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has a lift and features 128 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a page service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms include a king-size bed. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment (for a fee). Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Those who prefer to stay active while on holiday can enjoy a gym or, for a fee, golf, fishing, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. In addition, golf and fishing are offered by third-party operators.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and vegan food are available upon request and for an additional charge. The hotel also offers snacks. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and international brands.

Payment

All major credit cards, including American Express, VISA and MasterCard, are accepted for payment.

    Oasis Smart has been our favourite Hotel when i come to Cancun, accesible from the ADO bus terminal; banks across the street, currency exchange, pharmacy and Chedrahui superstore. The room is big; clean, all my basic needs are covered. Me and my wife are always happy to come back! Newly renovated, the correct price. Congratulations to the Concierge Mario, great job done. The ladies at the reception desk, amazing welcoming service attitude, Wendy, Elian and Michelle… i think some of them are on training; very good! Keeping Cancun as a major vacations destination.     Smack bang in the middle of a roundabout in Cancun-however you wouldn’t know it!

    Perfect location close to the airport. Great bars within short walk distance 10-15 mins, our flight was delayed and the hotel extended our stay- no problem.     1. Housekeeping was terrible. There was an instruction card saying they will change towels on the floor but keep the towel on the rack. I put the used towel on the floor. They just put the towel on floor back to the hook. Thats so unhygienic.2. The smoke detector kept beeping. I know that’s because the battery needs to be replaced. I called the reception and asked them to send someone to replace it. They just answered they had no other room to change. We were not asking for another room. They can’t listen to english so i used translator app to tel them. Then they said they will send someone to fix it, but noone showed up. 3. We cannot find a postbox to send postcards and ask the reception where we can send postcards. They just told me to go find ourselves and they can do nothing on it. So rude and not helpful.4. Toilet was old and smelly. The tap water in shower had bad odour. 5. The pool was relaxing. Good. 6. Many tours pick up customers here. Convenient but always busy in the lobby.     Fantastic Hotel very clean and friendly staff. It is a beautiful hotel me and my girlfriend were there with beautiful weather.We were very friendly welcomed by the reception and especially the manager of the hotel super nice lady thanks again, my birthday was March 10th and she left a nice surprise with a beautiful letter for us, she makes our vacation completely memorable.The room was beautiful with air conditioning and clean too.On the top floor of the hotel you can get ice cubes.Nice swimming pool and a delicious breakfast.We will definitely come back here again.
