    This hotel is not what it appears. Photos are definitely not what you are getting.It’s a 15-20 min walk to the town. Very few to no chairs around the pool. Beach is clean but very tiny, ( you can’t walk to beach to town). Not worth the money.

    I ABSOLUTELY REGRET booking this hotel for our annual family trip in November 2024 - and would caution anyone wanting to stay here to think twice (and completely skip this place). We reserved four rooms for various family members, and while the stay started off well, it ended in an appalling experience.On the last night, my mother discovered $400 missing from her in-room safe. When she reported it to the front desk, rather than addressing the issue professionally, the staff became defensive and hostile, outright denying the possibility of theft. Things worsened when my aunt and uncle found $40 missing from their safe, and my sister-in-law realized her earrings had been taken from her suitcase. When they also tried to report the theft, the front desk accused us of lying and colluding because we were part of the same family.I understand that thefts can happen in hotels. What’s unacceptable is the staff's reaction: dismissive, accusatory, and rude. They refused to help until we threatened to involve the police. Only then did they pull up the surveillance footage, which was entirely unhelpful as it only showed the stairwell.Instead of assisting or apologizing, they insulted us. A lovely family vacation ended with me at the police station filing a report. Reading other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident, which makes their refusal to address the problem even more troubling.The real issue here is the attitude and behavior of the front desk staff. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice—poor

    Hello everyone, STAY AWAY Water in the room is cold, also in the room, AC doesn't work enough so is warm.Black molding in the balconyVery messy and construction on the beach. The digger was driving on the beach area,also it's garbage cans etc . Very bad smell around a hotel. ALSO we went to the rooftop restaurant. Next to us was hole in the roof, so was leak from roof. For drinks order waiting time 15min From restaurant i got really bad slipped because In the restaurant was almost inch of the water also in the holloway. I slipped again, my knee hurt. I couldnt call anyone because nobody answer. They said is tower issue. This vacation is totally nightmare. I cannot go to the pharmacy, because the streets are floating, everywhere.It's mud and smells really bad and a lots of mosquitoes

    Relaxing cleanest amazing spot. Great food on terrace. Nicest staff. I am happy and will return. The island is so nice with pristine beaches, Amazing shops, surprise food. It takes long to arrive futon Cancún airport. Van and boat but when you are here it's... Island life! Ready for a real treat??

    Nicely located, a bit outside town center (20 min walk along the beach), bed was comfy BUT it is not worth the price! From the pictures we were expecting a higher standard. Bed linen with stains, bathroom fittings dirty, toilet seat and hammock broken (we informed the reception, they promised to fix it but never did although they took a deposit from us when checking in claiming the room is in perfect condition). Reception not tidied up and dirty (carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years). Plus, quite noisy during the night (extractor noise). Breakfast was also disappointing for the price, worth coffee in my life, old toast & granola and ready made pancakes. All in all it would have been okay but we were expecting more for this price!!! Disappointed to end our vacation with such a scam.
