The charming beach hotel is strategically located in the heart of the hotel zone in Cancún, surrounded by the most famous nightclubs in the city as well as several restaurants and shops. The hotel is located just 25 km from Cancún International Airport.

Guests receive a warm welcome at the resort. 40 junior suites, 20 suites, 30 apartments, 60 studios, 80 single rooms and 124 double rooms are available. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. 2 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. Whether sporty and active or in need of a more restful kind of holiday, guests will find the perfect place to leave everyday life behind in the pool complex, which includes 2 indoor and outdoor pools. There are children's pools as well. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, volleyball, golf and fishing or, for a fee, horse riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, catamaraning and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Nightmare in Cancun !

Do not waste your time and money in this place! Think twice nothing works. We stayed from Sep 21st to 25th 2026, to start A/C doesn’t work nor in the room neither the lobby, food is tasteless and cheap quality, drinks are even worst. I found cockroaches in my room I have pics and video. Entertainment is not really entertainment like in other places and is not the entertainment team’s fault is that hotel doesn’t provide the necessary for them to perform or do a better job it seems hotel is only looking to save money and they don’t care about guests. I spoke twice with manage about A/C problem because they didn’t notified anyone about the problem, they were so rude when I asked for a fan in the lobby to at least feel some air. Honestly is the worst experience I ever had in Cancun. My honest recommendation do not stay here if you don’t want to waste your money and vacation time

I’ll start on the best positive - out of the big number of staffs in there, two people who stood out were 1) Jesus (pronounced as “Hea-sooos like Heather on Hea) and 2) Rodrigo who served in their Actuario restaurant.Both of them showed true excellent service. They were very passionate about their jobs. Jesus took it to the next level. He made us feel we were close at home. It wasn’t about the tips - you can tell how genuine he was at his job!Concierge - not so friendly staff. Goes straight to business. It may be your culture but most of us guests were from North America.Room service - cleaners were excellent too. Only complaint is on our last day, A/C (airconditioner) got broken and it wasn’t fixed - even the main lobby was so hot!Building is pretty oldOverall, it was a good experience in there. I believe the staff can do better!

The resort is good especially it’s all inclusive. Rooms ate clean but need some upgrades. The view by the beach and lagoon was amazing. Foods is a hit and miss. Unforgettable stay in sunset royal beach resort

We were in this resort for a week and we had a great time. The service in this place is amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rubiverto, the maintenance staff is incredible and very friendly. Thomas one of the waiters is kind. Allan also a waiters is nice. Judith, i think she is a event coordinator kind of is very friendly and helpful. We have a very happy holiday because of these people. They made our stay and experience unforgettable. Thank you! What made this resort great for me was the entertainment amenities everyday. The entertainment group Alfredo, and Judith led poolside activities multiple times a day. Dance lessons, making bracelets, fun games, sports and more. Very talented musicians aswell for night life parties and karaoke. Whether you are looking to relax in the sun, or have fun by the pool this resort can be a perfect fit for you.
