This hotel is situated at the heart of the hotel zone, with a view of the Caribbean and the white sandy beaches. Guests will reach restaurants and links to the public transport network in about 200 m. Isla Mujeres is within 40 minutes by public transport and Playa del Carmen can be reached by car in approximately 45 minutes. Xcaret is 1 hour away and the tourist centre of Tulum is around 1.5 hours from the hotel. Guests will find Cancún international airport around 20 km away.

680 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. At this resort, which includes a lift, guests are warmly welcomed by the English-speaking staff. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball and golf. With windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a pub. Delicious specialities await guests in 2 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. The resort also offers snacks.

    We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.     Review for Pool & Beach only: Roomy Pools, Wide Beach, Ocean Shallows

    Visually stunning! We spent 2 hours here as part of staying at a sister resort. Despite the towers of rooms, I briefly had the infinity lap pool to myself at midday. Although there were a lot of adults relaxing in the main pool, there was plenty of room. There are two swim-up bars. Chairs around the pool were 100% occupied/claimed, but chairs under umbrellas on the beach were readily available. The sand beach is wide, and the water depth is in waves, so one can be quite close to the shore and still actually swim. A storm was coming in, so there were 6' waves; after the storm, there was some seaweed. They have outdoor showers for the sand and indoor showers for the salt and changing. The pool area has a general bathroom, and the hotel drug/grocery/gift store is as large as a neighborhood grocery store. There are no lockers, so be prepared to swim in shifts if you have your wallet and phone.
