Location

Perfect for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, this resort is situated on a main road in Cancun, right by the sea. The centre can be reached within approximately 5 km.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2024. Guests have a choice of 31 junior suites, 12 suites and 130 double rooms. At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms include a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge). A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool (no extra charge), children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and jogging are available. Guests can partake in various water sports, including kayaking and aquafit. In addition, jet skiing is offered for a fee. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, yoga and pilates. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments, are offered for a fee. The resort offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast (), lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and vegan food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    No security and drug dealers. NOT family friendly

    Since I can respond to the person who told me to call management for the drug dealers ON PROPERTY, I will say that I did call management and security. People without wristbands selling cocaine is unacceptable, especially in front of children. I called about the people and they kicked out 3 people. 3 hours later I was approached 3 more times by people without wrist bands. There is no security at this resort. If I could share the WhatsApp or Oasis app chat it would show they do not care about the security of the people on property.     This is the worst place you could ever vacation. The staff are so rude and unhelpful, the room is not clean, and the pool is dirty. You have to stand in a long line to enter the restaurant, and the food is terrible. If you are a tourist, do not even think about staying one night in this hotel.     So disappointing. Two days in a row, we couldn't find any beach chairs, not on the beach or by the pool. When we asked for help, customer service just said, "Sorry, it's our busy season, we can't help." The next days, we had to set our alarm early in the morning to snag chairs. Every day, we waited 15 to 20 minutes in line for breakfast, lunch, and dinner just to get in. For what we paid, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. I wouldn't go back there even if it was half price.     I went during March 2026, and I had a fantastic time. The buffet food was great and very clean; there were plenty of options for everyone. The drinks were also not watered down and were easily accessible. Our room was clean, and the shower was big with warm water. The service was very good; everyone was friendly. The one thing that went wrong was that we couldn't get beach towels for 3/4 of the days after asking multiple times and asking various people. I would happily go back again.     I was very disappointed with my stay at this all inclusive resort. The room was not properly cleaned on a daily basis, which was frustrating and below expectations. The food was also quite poor, lacking both quality and variety throughout the stay. Communication with the staff was difficult as many were unable to speak English, making even simple requests challenging. Additionally, the house wine was of a very low quality and not enjoyable at all.Overall, the resort did not live up to the standards typically expected from an all inclusive resort. I would not recommend this resort, it was the worst resort that I have ever stayed at.
