Perfect for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, this resort is situated on a main road in Cancun, right by the sea. The centre can be reached within approximately 5 km.

facility

The resort was modernised in 2024. Guests have a choice of 31 junior suites, 12 suites and 130 double rooms. At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms include a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge). A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool (no extra charge), children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and jogging are available. Guests can partake in various water sports, including kayaking and aquafit. In addition, jet skiing is offered for a fee. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, yoga and pilates. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments, are offered for a fee. The resort offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast (), lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and vegan food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    From the outside the hotel looks beautiful. Our overall stay was average & at times below average. They received 3 stars because the staff was friendly & the restaurants were good. We purchased an all inclusive package. Some of the issues were: No AC in the lobby or halls of the hotel ( it was almost 85-90 degrees every day) Our toilet stopped working & needed maintenance by day 2Our tv didn’t work well at all The pool was closed two days out of our trip. A handle in the bathroom where we should have been able to hang our towels or a robe kept falling off Other minor things:Outdated decorThe night life activities were lacking, many things closed early or weren’t open at all. I’m not sure if it was off-season or something else. One Italian restaurant only had pizza available the entire time we were there. The hotel is a bit further away from other hotels & the mall. The bathroom area was very small for 2 people, I can’t imagine a family staying in that room.I definitely loved Mexico overall but I will stay at a different resort & will not recommend this one to anyone else, sadly.     Our family trip to Grand Oasis Palm in Cancun was an absolute dream from start to finish! The entire resort staff made us feel completely at home right away, delivering a solid 10 out of 10 experience every single day. The food prepared by Chef Fernández was delicious, and the service was just extremely perfect in every dining venue we visited. We have to give a huge shoutout to Albert, Ely, Elot, Monse, Marcial, and Ernesto for taking such wonderfull care of us throughout our stay. They were always smiling, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the kids and adults had everything we needed.
