Location

This elegant luxury hotel is located directly beside the fine sand beach and it is just a short distance from many shopping and entertainment venues It is 18 km to the international airport.

Facility

11 junior suites, 16 suites, 147 single rooms and 232 double rooms are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.     I love staying at the Westin Resort and Spa!!! The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect, the pool and beach are great!!!The ‘“Fun Team” at the Westin Resort is awesome!!! I especially enjoyed my week with Ana, Guillermo, Victoria and Genaro!!! They are fun, engaging and have lots of activities to keep you busy and enjoying your stay. My favorite activities are water aerobics and the margarita classes!!!I have been coming here since February of 2020 and I plan to return often!!!     Not to be confused with Lagunamar, the Westin Resort sits at the beginning of the hotel zone. At check-in, Ivan was very pleasant, thanked me for ny loyalty, and assigned us a room with a lagoon view. At the price point, I was pleased. The room isn't as luxurious as the vacation club tower, but was very clean (daily housekeeping), had a balcony, the room was and the bathroom was adequate.This section of the hotel zone has less sargassum but a narrow beach. There's a bus stop close to the property as well as an OXXO market for snacks. Used the gas grills 1 evening and while there was some confusion about who would turn the gas line on, Ariel (maintenance) rushed out, apologized and saved the day.
