    The grounds are magical, the accommodations are first class, the service is outstanding. Our butlers, Jessica and Adrian, were extremely helpful in organizing our fun filled days. They left nothing to chance, always with kindness and smiles, ready to assist us all . Thank you!

    Excellent Excellent vacation! The staff here was amazing and made my wedding week an unforgettable experience! Special thanks to Chef Soto who day and night was without a doubt an incredible person and chef ! The food he prepared was incredible and as an Italian can attest to the great quality and taste ! He his the best at what he does! If If I can stay at this resort forever, I would !!Highly recommend !Also great service from our butler Jose V. Who made every day a beautiful experience! What better gift than a happy wife on our wedding week! Thanks Jose and chef Soto for this , will forever be grateful! Thanks to the Palladium resort !!

    I thought the place was beautiful fantastic service round the pool and in the restaurants , butler Jose in building 1 was amazing assisted you with anything needed and went above expeditions. Hotel is very nice cleaned twice a day , little things like a bottle of water left at the side of your bed for when you got in. Good verity of drinks to choose from and the reception bar was one of my favorite bars to drink round… shows was good too
