Location

This hotel is located in the southern part of Isla Mujeres on top of a small hill with partial views of the Caribbean Sea. It offers guests very convenient access to the Coco Paraiso Beach Club (1 km) and various different attractions on the island including reefs, watersports and others. It lies around 1 km from Garrafon Park and the Museo Subacuatico. The centre of Isla Mujeres is just some 5 km away, where guests will find restaurants and bars. Playa Norte Beach is also around 5 km away and it is approximately 9 km to Cancún.

    very nice, clean buildings a short walk to beach clubs. Right in the middle 1/4 mile from either side of the south end of the island. Great staff, easy check in and out. Several restaurants walking distance.

    I stayed fot 2 nights. I reserved through booking and paid online, booking stated that there was nothing else to pay on property but when I arrived they charged me "another tax" of 3 dollars per night. Is not the amount but the fact that I already paid in full online(including taxes) but they charge me another fee. Rooms were clean, sheets and towels clean and good odor(i have encountered before a very strong chlorine smell in multiple hotels and it is disgusting, not in this case). Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast.

    Good: Room size was great, shower was awesome (great water pressure and also hot water), large balcony, quiet area, near Punta Sur (walking approx. 15mins).Bad: Customer service was poor., expecting tip for better service, breakfast was small plate of fruit, 2 pcs of toast, coffee (no tea) and juice. Would not give milk, even when asked., NO restaurant even though it is mentioned on many websites also bar is really just a fridge and few bottles of booze behind the front desk, Jacuzzi on rooftop is not in use, NO beach access., NO hairdryer in room (had to ask for it at front desk)., they charged us for cleaning of towels even though did not even try to clean them first normally (some mud transferred to towels due to a fall on a slippery road in front of the hotel and this is why charge). Should have tried to clean then first before charging extra!

    Great location in south part of isla. Nice facility clean rooms friendly staff. It's not a 5 star place but it is awesome for the money. Will definitely be back and would recommend. Nice size room. Breakfast is basic fruit plate and toast but it's really good. Ac is nice and cold. Water pressure is great and Hot. All the shelving is nice however there is no hang up bar if you need that. We were in Room 103.

    Double check your reservation before arrival!!!

    I actually was not able to go because the reservation I booked through hotels.com and PAID for 7 months prior was mysteriously missing or the property reservations could not find it. Thankfully I attempted to confirm arrival a week prior otherwise I would have shown up without the paid for room available to me! There are other reviews stating how they overbook or don't know a guest is arriving - it's true unfortunately. You can only email also, the don't take calls at the front desk. Probably another party that manages the unit reservations. I'm sure the workers on property are as good as the reviews but the reservations department needs much improvement!
