Location

The hotel is located on Holbox Island, extremely close to the beach and just 2 minutes from the Plaza Principal and the town centre, with its various shopping amenities, bars and restaurants. Cancun International Airport is approximately 4 km from the hotel building.

Facility

20 junior suites, 16 suites, 20 single rooms and 20 double rooms are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Nice hotel with relaxing vibes. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wifi can be spotty in the room. Food and drinks are what you expect a top notch hotel to have. Best beach on the island. 15 minute walk to the town center.     Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, but the experience does not match the price. The front desk and restaurant are clearly understaffed, and service often feels stalled by rigid policies that prevent staff from making simple, guest-focused decisions. The all-inclusive options are unnecessarily complicated, adding confusion instead of convenience. Employee morale appears low, which inevitably affects service quality. Given the high cost, guests expect proactive problem-solving and a sense of genuine hospitality—unfortunately, the stay often feels transactional rather than luxurious. With better staffing, employee support, and management oversight, this property could truly live up to its potential.     We traveled here for our honeymoon in August and we had such a wonderful memorable experience! The location is perfect for a relaxing romantic get away. This little island is gorgeous and full of adventure. The staff here were very helpful and kind. The food was very yummy, the rooms were well kept and the atmosphere was like a retreat! Beautiful.     Stayed 14 nights in december.Rooms large, clean with great a/ c & a ceiling fan. King size bed very comfortable. Cleaned daily. Stocked fridge, complimentary drinking water provided. Great showers.Overall great rooms set in lush tropical gardens with visits from cute racoons, iguanas, geckos & various colourful birds. The internet tripped at peak times but this was an Island wide issue rather than one of isolted to the hotel.Pools we never used. The beach is located directly opposite the hotel with drinks & snacks served on your sun loungers. The breakfast is varied with lots of choice & expected Mexican variations. Staff very attentive.We had one evening meal in the hotel restaurant the very first night there as we were too tired to go into Holbox. Honestly underwhelming, we both ordered pizza & it was frankly inedible so we left it.Our only negative experience of our 14 night stay.
