Superb location for navigating the town

Lovely hotel very close to the vibrant town. Comfortable seating areas in the lobby are furnished in a traditional style. Beds are very comfortable and lovely crisp linen. The rooms were quite cool but blankets were available if you needed them. Laundry can be done here and it was returned the same day smelling divine.The only minor criticism is that the staff do not speak any English and the waiting staff can be very curt. Some confusion about which breakfast we could have having prepaid in our room rate. We had breakfast off the menu the first morning and this was chargeable ( not explained) but the hotel were excellent and waived this morning charge. There is no lift if you have heavy bags - we were on floor 3 ??.Overall a great little hotel

We had two nights here and were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was on the third floor just off the sun terrace. A very comfortable room with no air-con (not needed due to falling temperatures at night). You are just a few blocks from the main square of the interesting city. That is far enough for the hotel to be quiet at night. Staff were very pleasant and the hotel was well-cared for. You are waited on for breakfast as there is no buffet. No English was spoken but our guide arranged a very good packed breakfast for us from the hotel on the day of our departure.

The place has a good location, the rooms are not to great, but for the price seems reasonable. I have to admit that the service in general is one of the best dualities in this hotel. The restaurant in the hotel isn’t that great.

We stayed for 4 nights & our room was clean & comfortable. The hotel was well positioned for our needs as we like to walk as much as possible & it was handy to markets & sites of interest. What made our stay particularly enjoyable was the great assistance provided to us by Miguel who spoke excellent English (I always felt embarrassed by my lack of Spanish) - Miguel went out of his way to support our ongoing travel arrangements & was in general a good hearted man.

I was on a birding trip when I stayed here. It is a great place to stay. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Great customer service. Parking is a question, you might want to think about it. The place is very near to the town center, actually just opposite to it. nice place to stay .. do make sure that you visit the roof.. it is great
