  Dont expect a clean room and save money making your own meal.

  Terrible service, this place is dirty because they don’t have enough employees and the few are over working to try to keep clean the place. You get ones a week some to clean you room and I spend 13 days and nobody did it. If you spect to cook just forget it, they don’t have the kit for rent anymore and if you buy a pan the stove overheat and turn off by it self. For sure I never stay again in this place and I don’t recommend any one to do it if you really want to enjoy what you pay for it. Elvia Pena.

  It’s all good, but the staff.

  The amenities are good but the service is quite bad, specially at the front desk, the staff is not friendly at all. The parking lot is very small, once it’s full you have to park outside, so if you are picky about safety and your car this might not be your best option.   Yes this is a cheap hotel, but regardless there are things that you would not expect.No toilet paper. When we called the front desk they said that they could gladly provide it if we went to the front desk to get it. Same with the extra towels.Room smelled like cigar.Just a plain sheet on beds, no blankets. Have to get those from front desk too.Used shampoo on bathroom.Cleaning only every 7 days according to front desk.Lots of noise from other rooms.Elevator floors always wet during the day due to people coming out of the pool and getting in the elevator wet and no one saying anything about it.Stay away from this awful place.   Great location, great suites!

  Room overall is very nice, floors can use a good mop. Hot water never runs out which is great, shower glass should be wider so that water does not splash onto floor. Cleaning staff should leave more towels and spare roll of tissue paper. AC omg works super awesome! Highly recommended.
