  carless management and unsafe equipment .

  I was fine into my fiancé asked for hairdryer,they gave us one damaged so we asked for replacement .they got us other one ,same model and after 5 min of use ,a fire sparks in bathroom ,it happened same things as the one they gave us in beginning .That was unsafe and having a one that was damaged before ,meaning that the manager or owner knows about the issue and they didn’t care about the safety of their customers .Tv channels are in bad quality ,staff were good ,manager is ignorant .So if you worry about your safety ,better fine other place ,a careless manager won’t step up or show his face when it’s needed .   Overrall the property was well kept. Entrance to the hotel is kind of tricky as it appears after a curb and if you dont pay attention you miss it. The parking area was nice and convenient. Front office personnel was friendly and welcoming. There is not enough dishes, its on a first come basis. Pastries were good and so was the coffee. The room was presentable, only issues floor was a little dirty and the towel hooks were broken. And even though it does state room is not completely cleaned each day, only bed is made and trash is thrown it done happen each day.   Misleading expectations

  We booked this hotel for our Embassy appointment. Arrived a bit early and we had to wait in the very small lobby that was already overcrowded. Once we were checked in, we went to our room and were very disappointed. Expect total simplicity. The hotel and rooms are much smaller. Down to the thin covers over the bed, most nights we only had sheets to cover ourselves. Housekeeping only “cleaned” our room twice in four days during our stay. Don’t expect towels in the gym, or even water for that matter. I was told we had to bring our own.Don’t be fooled by the photos online. The doorman however was very polite and attentive. Moral of the story you get what you pay for.   Everything is close by if you going to us consulate. And next to hotel is the shopping mall with food court. And walk away is exam clinics. And it has a kitchen so you can cook your own food if you on a budget.   The employees are super friendly. Will definitely recommend this place. They were there if you needed anything. It was really convenient that they have a stove and they let you borrow pans if needed. They are great at having anything you need and with assistance.
