  Stayed for 2 weeks for business and the stay was pleasant.Super helpful front desk reception with Carlos and Jacqueline always pleasant to talk to and recognize us when we need help.Overall, comfortable stay with wide rooms and good breakfast selection in the morning.   I had a really good experience at the Krystal Urban hotel. One receptionist by the name of Carlos was really polite and super helpful. Definitely would recommend.
