  The hotel is definitely very good, the receptionists very friendly and attentive, always supported us.   Very close to the shopping mall and restaurant. The room and bathroom are clean. The fitness center placed in the first floor. Also, the guard is working the whole day for security and safety. Very kind and helpful employee.   I spent in this hotel more than 5 months due to business trip and I felt like I was home. It is the excellent choice for Coatzacoalcos. The staff is very helpful , the hotel is very clean and the area is very safe. In front of the hotel are two shopping centers . Moreover, this hotel has everything you need for a long stay( washing machines , kitchen , coffee machine) . In compare with the other hotels of the city has the best value of money.
