Amazing time at Allegro Cozumel

This is our second time in Cozumel and first time in Allegro Cozumel. We loved our stay in this resort. The place is spacious, big pools. Not a lot of mosquitos but still recommend to bring a mosquito repellent. The entertainment during the day was exciting. We loved playing beach volley facilitated by Arbey and Diego (resort staff), they are so fun!! We also liked playing water polo facilitated by JD and Chi pat. There are more entertainment activities during every day and they kept our stay more fun. All employees are so kind and friendly! And the best part is the beach with white sand and clear water where you can see some fishes. We recommend staying here!!

Best beach and best value on the island

We always have an excellent time at Allegro. The beach is amazing here and the grounds crew works hard to maintain it. We get the premium room and the guys down by the beach are wonderful, Omar, Luis, Christian, Alfredo, Santa Rosa, and Juan Carlos. These guys make sure your stay is great and keep us coming back. It’s a great place for a great price!

We love coming to this resort! This was our second time there. The staff make the experience so much better. Specifically, Arbey goes above and beyond to make sure you're stay is filled with relaxation as well as entertainment. He loves what he does and has a great time doing it. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff throughout the resort lack friendliness, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help. We were treated with indifference, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant.The service at the restaurants was terrible, and the food was quite average at best. None of the specialty restaurants were open, with “low season” being given as the excuse.However, the most unacceptable issue of all was the lack of any warning signs or lifeguards alerting guests to the presence of crocodiles in the area, very close to the beach. Guests should be clearly informed about a potential safety hazard like this. The fact that there was no visible warning whatsoever is completely unacceptable.
