6 junior suites, 53 single rooms and 122 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge).     The location is great. The food this time was not fantastic and seemed a bit disorganized. The drinks were still good and the activities staff was great. Yesi was a delight. Pool is always lovely but seems like hot tub was not hot.     Great spot for my friend's birthday diving trip

    This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel for my friends 50th Birthday dive trip, and overall, I was very happy with our stay. The resort has a big, beautiful pool, a great location, nice basic rooms with balconies, and wonderful beach access. We especially enjoyed being able to snorkel right from the beach, which was such a convenient and enjoyable experience.Another huge plus for us was having our dive company pick us up directly from the dock. Being able to walk down to the dock and head out for our dive trips made everything so easy and convenient, and we really appreciated not having to arrange transportation back and forth from the resort.The food and drinks were nicely presented, although I would describe them as somewhat mediocre. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, warm, helpful, attentive, and professional. It was clear that the staff worked extremely hard and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome.Several staff members really stood out to me. Cornelio was always so friendly and greeted us with a big smile and coffee made exactly the way we liked it, which is important on early mornings. His cheerful attitude each morning was such a wonderful way to start the day.Rosa made delicious omelets to order and was always so sweet, kind, and welcoming. She made breakfast feel like a personal experience rather than just another meal.Roger, who worked in the snack bar area, was another standout. He always greeted us with a huge smile and so much enthusiasm. You could tell how hard he worked, constantly running back and forth to the bar and taking care of guests throughout the day. Despite how busy he was, he always remained upbeat, friendly, and attentive. His work ethic and positive attitude really impressed us.Jose Pepe was so much fun and always kept things entertaining. He was funny, energetic, and did a great job providing activities and keeping guests engaged throughout the day. His personality definitely added to the atmosphere of the resort.Alexis with Guest Services, made sure our friend's birthday was extra special!At dinner, Manuel always greeted us with a smile and was incredibly friendly and welcoming as well. These interactions may seem like small things, but they really made a difference in our experience.Between the beautiful pool, beach access, snorkeling right from the shore, and the convenience of having our dive company pick us up from the dock, there was a lot to enjoy. Most of all, the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their positive attitudes, hard work, and genuine hospitality made my first all-inclusive experience a very enjoyable one.     My family and I visited the resort in August with a group of 11, and we had so much fun. I would definitely give the resort five stars! Everything was clean, the drinks were great, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious, with so many choices. I only wish they had bacon for breakfast—LOL!The location is great near the water The atmosphere very nice Rooms are clean daily I paid less what is worth it for sureIt is less noise or very quite at night I also want to mention the excellent service provided by Roger and Joel, the bartenders. A special thank-you goes to the wonderful entertainment team—Yesi, Juanita, Suny, Jose, and Tony. We had such a great time with them; they were incredibly sweet, friendly, and entertaining.Overall, my entire family had a fantastic experience, and everyone was happy.
