    We had a wonderful visit at Dreams. Our room had a great view and was always clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of hangers and closet space with slippers and robes. The food was very good, especially the buffet!

    We had an amazing stay at Dreams Cozumel and would absolutely return. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a smaller boutique-style feel that made everything convenient and relaxing, and excellent food options throughout the resort. It’s especially great for families with young children — we felt comfortable, welcomed, and had everything we needed.A huge shoutout to the entertainment team — Gerry, Emilio, and Aaron. They were top-notch staff members with incredible personalities and such positive attitudes. They brought so much energy to the resort and made our stay even more memorable.Special recognition also goes to Mr. Jose, the gentleman who carries ice throughout all the restaurants and bars. He works incredibly hard every day and truly deserves recognition. He became such an iconic part of our experience and his dedication did not go unnoticed.Lastly, and most importantly, Sal from the beach concierge team completely saved our vacation. By far the best employee we’ve encountered at any Dreams resort. Salvatore handled every situation with kindness, professionalism, and always turned things into a positive experience. He went above and beyond and made such a difference in our trip.Thank you, Salvatore, and thank you to the entire Dreams Cozumel team for making our family vacation so special.

    Dreams is a wonderful place to stay on the beautiful beaches of Cozumel. The diving is world class with reef life that rivals any other spot on the Eastern seaboard of North America and the Caribbean. Children are welcome and the beaches are well cared for. The rooms are neat, clean, Dreams offers differennt price points. I recommend it for the view, the experience, and the price.

    I highly recommend going to this resort everyone there was so friendly and welcoming! One of the workers, Gerry made the trip a 10/10 to a 100/10 he was kind and could make everyone feel included! When you go look for Gerry and you will feel at home he definitely deserves a raise he was the best employee hands down! I have been to many resorts and this one was the best because of Gerry!!
