    Great place to stay! The hotel is clean and well kept. Our room was a decent size and clean. The king bed was comfortable but the pillows were no good. They need to invest in new pillows. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of counter space. The shower was big and had great water pressure with hot water. The breakfast buffet was good especially with it being complimentary. There are plenty of parking spots onsite. The front desk staff were friendly. It was easy to get to from the highway. The only issue was the false sense of security. We never felt unsafe during our stay however it would be better if they actually used their “security” measures as they were intended. With all that said we will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

    The people and service is great, but someone is burning plastic next door - the stench is terrible even in the middle of the night. You can smell it at the pool and in the room. It is annoying and should be dealt with, to make the stay more pleasant. Stayed there for three days.     stayed for a business trip a few days. the hotel is a little bit tired and in need of repairs. the staff is friendly and helpful. the big nuisance is the hotel clock, ringing a Big Ben every hour, plus some music for five minutes - now it starts at six in the morning with christmas music...time to stay somewhere else.     Poor service, bad location.

    The room is OK, breakfast is awful, remote control on the TV did not work, attention and recognition of Premier stating was not recognized properly. Location not very good, very busy traffic. Felt secure though. I mean it is not very good and very scare. Gimnasyum but no pool. In Cuernavaca a pool in the hotel is expected.
