  Every aspect of our visit was great! Attention was on point, the room was amazing! Our stay was really quiet and the atmosphere surrounded by beautiful gardens with an amazing smell. Definitely we will come back

  We loved our stay at El Cielo - everyone was so nice and helpful! Especially, Valeria and Diana who were so helpful and friendly. Diana helped us a lot with all our room requests. Great service and we really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful venue - big rooms and great amenities. We’ll be back very soon.   Our two-night stay at El Cielo in Valle de Guadalupe was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience made it clear why this property is deserving of a Forbes Five-Star distinction.A special thank you to Benjamin, who went above and beyond—personally checking us in, escorting us to our room, guiding us to the restaurant, and ensuring we were taken care of throughout our stay. His hospitality truly elevated our experience.Estephania was also fantastic during check-in, making everything seamless while accommodating our needs with warmth and professionalism.Dining at Latitude 32 was a highlight, made even better by the outstanding service from Riccardo and Alfredo.   Truly the best experience! The quality of service & atmosphere here is unmatched. Thank you Benjamin for being the absolute best & making our visit so enjoyable & keeping us informed with amenities the resort offers and recommendations of restaurants. The breakfast at Polaris & dinner at Latitud 32 were both delicious with stunning views. We will be coming back soon!
