  Excellent and beautiful landscape hotel

  Beautiful landscape trees and palms , it is the only hotel in Guadalajara with single floor also all the staff are so kind and friendly, it is located at the best place of the city , very accessible , very comfortable beds and pillows , I just can say you need to improve your food and towels

  This is not a 5 start hotel. No hot water, noise between rooms, old installation, no maintenance at all.   My very worst expirience

  It was our worst experience in the hotel sector… a hotel that charges slightly higher prices, which wouldn’t have been a problem if we hadn’t gone through what we did.We paid for 3 rooms for 3 nights, and all 3 couples had issues with their rooms. One smelled like sewage in the bathroom — as soon as you walked in, the feeling was horrible.The second room had no hot water; they moved the couple to an even worse room, ugly, old, and neglected, and only later gave them an upgrade to a better one.In the third room, you had to shower drop by drop. On the last day, we decided not to shower at all to avoid the stress.Honestly, if you’re planning to come here for the World Cup, think twice… you’ll surely find better options.In the end, they gave us free breakfast for the last day, but they were clear with us that breakfast was only for one person per room.A thousand apologies, Camino Real, but I will never book with you again.   Very bad and disappointed experience.

  Very bad experience. Cockroaches. Dusty drapes, stinky carpet, no hot water in shower, bathtub dirty. Humidity all over the room.
