  LACK OF SIMPLE SERVICES IN THE HOTEL

  The facilities are great in general but I had two bad experiences:1) The hotel doesn´t have computers in its bussiness center and every hotel have them!! even if is a hotel of less category!!I really need to use a pc and the staff refused to get one for me.2) They are not able to make the invoice at the moment of your check out (or at least that was they told me), you have to send and email with your data afterwards, but every hotel have this possibility!!   Alejandra Nieto and Zahara are the best ever

  I got hotels. I stayed in 17 hotels in Gro herself, but I gravitate back towards the Hard Rock Guadalajara because some people including folks like Alejandra Nieto sup of the frontdesk and Zahara and Gabriel, Ivan and Gustavo and the rest and they’re all amazing people and I tell you right now there’s no better customer service in the world in this place. I’ve been everywhere in the world so please please keep that up and don’t let customers suffer for bad policy. Your folks are the best people I’ve ever experienced in customer service and hospitality do you wanna talk about it? We’ll talk about it.   Bitts staff are an example of great service

  Nelson and Alfonso at Bitts (pool area) were absolutely AMAZING they are extremely attentive and friendly. Food was really good, specifically the fries! I would be back to this hotel based solely on my experience with the pool area staff!
