  Loved our stay!

  03 Sept 2026

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved how central it was! Our room was very nice and spacious and had a great view! There’s so many cute brunch places nearby and it’s in front of a shopping place. There’s also some cute coffeeshops about a block away, so very convenient location! We would definitely stay here again! René González, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Krystal Urban Guadalajara, responded to this review Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful experience. Friendly staff!

Rooms were okay, I’d say a bit under my expectations but they did the job. Location was good front desk staff was very helpful, especially ray. We had a family vacation and Ray was super helpful in driving us around town when we needed rides, he definitely went above and beyond. He made us feel very safe and comfortable, recommended some really good places to eat and his charismatic personality made it a great experience. Will be back for this reason! Great option at a great price

  09 Dec 2025

This is my hotel of choice every time I go to Guadalajara. It's a great option for business or pleasure, on my own or with my family. Excellent location and super friendly staff, from reception to the housemaids, everyone is kind and has a smile on their faces. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, well-kept and clean. Very affordable for this level of venue. Only two things could be better: they used to have a mini fridge in the room, but not anymore, which is missed, especially for guests who need to refrigerate medications (although the reception staff were kind enough to offer keeping it in a reserved space in the kitchen). Finally, I believe it's time to get new towels... Other than that, a great place to stay. Will return for sure! René González, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Krystal Urban Guadalajara, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and valuable review. It is an honor to be your hotel of choice whenever you visit Guadalajara, and we are truly pleased to know that our location, the friendliness of our team, and the comfort and cleanliness of our rooms consistently meet your expectations. Your recognition of our staff—from reception to housekeeping—means a great deal to us.We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the in-room mini fridge and the condition of the towels. Your comments help us identify areas where we can enhance the guest experience. While our team is always happy to support with medication storage when needed, we understand the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room and will continue evaluating solutions. Likewise, your note about the towels has been shared with the corresponding department for immediate review.Thank you again for your trust and loyalty. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip—whether for business or leisure.

Nice and clean hotel with great staff

  13 Oct 2025

We stay here all of the time when visiting Guadalajara. In the past, we stayed at the Hyatt Andares but it’s so expensive and getting an Uber from there is pricey. We love Krystal Urbam Guadalajara because it’s conveniently located to so many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We’ve been coming here for about five years now and will continue to do the same. It’s awesome to see the same staff, such as Isaiah and check in staff. The room was very clean, modern and the air conditioning worked great. We’re gonna miss everyone but we’ll be back soon. René González, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Krystal Urban Guadalajara, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are truly grateful for your continued loyalty over the years and for sharing such a wonderful review. It’s a pleasure to know that you enjoyed our convenient location, comfortable rooms, and especially the service provided by our dedicated team, we’ll be sure to share your kind words with Isaí and the front desk staff. We can’t wait to welcome you back on your next visit to Guadalajara!Warm regards,René González
