  Very disappointed, will not return

  The staff member at registration desk was so slow, it was taking up to 20 minutes for her too register customers, a huge line developed. We booked two rooms and neither key worked, we had to return to front desk 4 times before they worked. The restaurant was closed and the location did not have any neighboring restaurants so we were unable to eat dinner. The grounds were in disrepair, hard to take my dog for a walk. There was no hot water for a shower. Staff was not helpful at all. Will never return and do not recommend to travelers.

  I wasn't expecting much, but still very disappointed

  First of all I am very aware that for the cheap price we couldn't expect much. Haven't said that, the experience was very bad. The rooms are OK, again, I wasn't expecting much. First of all the hotel corridors were not clean. The floor was clearly not clean. Second, the hotel was full of kids that were running around the corridors and nobody said anything. In the room the A/C was working fine, but the bathroom was broken. Had to flush several times for it to work. WiFi didn't work, at all. I just stayed one night (thank goodness) and the next day we were eager to leave. I told the front desk guy about all the issues and he gave little to no importance to my comments. Bottom line, please lower your expectations.   The motel was clean quiet the staff helpful. Overall we had a pleasant experience. We had 3 rooms and one room didn't have hot water. Everyone was impressed with the place.   Clean large rooms....reasonable price and great location when you want to stay away from city traffic. Nice breakfast room and also next to an Oxxo. Quiet and relaxing facility.   Large comfortable rooms and reasobable rates

  Have used this hotel several times and very pleased. Staff is friendly and accommmodating, Good location without center city traffic.
