  Low price but the rooms are dreary and in the first room the curtains didn’t close so we had to change rooms. In the second room the air conditioner wasn’t working. The third room was okay. The bathroom door hits the other person you if they are standing at the sink. Big design flaw.

  You hear all the noise from out side and if you are in a lower level you hear all the noise from the top level and the breakfast is limited, check in is good service, the access is limited due to is a major road and you have to be careful driving out there

  Not clean, food not good, taxi service did not come.Very noisy at the front desk with a lot of young people, front desk did not control at all.Asked for taxi service for the morning, and the taxi didn't show up. Asked to call the taxi service company 3 minutes prior to reserved time as i was afraid they wouldn't show up, but the front desk didn't even bother to call to confirm. In the end, the front desk called and the taxi showed up but it was 20 minutes after the original reserved time.

  We stayed here after a delayed flight. It was a great stay as the staff was very caring and accommodating. Internet service is great and the breakfast was very tasty with good options. Breakfast was included.This turned out to be the positive turn after the delay of the flight.

  Very comfortable,clean and safe hotel near the airport. Definitely worth the price. Breakfast included makes it more attractive. If yyou are traveling to Guanajuato and driving to visit Guanajuato, San Miguel and Leon. This is the hotel you want to stay near the airport.
