    Tired

    rating06 Mar 2026

The location was good. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a living area. The living around was bare with old furniture, nothing on the walls including a TV. The bathroom did not have glasses or cups. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. The pool was in the parking lot, missing tiles. I definitely overpaid for this hotel. Awful

    rating19 Mar 2025

First let me start on a positive note: the staff was excellent & friendly. The building & the lobby are very pretty.I rented the family suite at $300.00 US a night. 2 bedrooms & sitting area. The room was atrocious. The couch was saggy, there was no coffee table or lamps to read by.There was no bar fridge. There were no hand towels, facecloths, drinking cups. The toilet barely flushed. The floors were gritty, the walls were banged up & scuffed up. The beds & pillows were rock hard.I don't normally complain but this room was not even worth a 2 star. It was appalling for the money spent.I will never stay there again & I will never recommend this hotel. Devco Baja, Agency / Consultant at Seven Crown Centro Historico La Paz, responded to this review Good morning. Thank you for your feedback and comments. We regret that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We will take each and every one of your comments into account.

Nice Mexican Hotel with a nice vibe

    rating17 Mar 2025

This is a nice, older hotel in central La Paz. It is two blocks from the Cathedral and 3 to the Malecón. There is a decent grocery store one block away (great tamales sold outside the store at night). Lot of shops and restaurants close. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We always had hot water ( a bit more pressure would be nice). The front desk and staff were very pleasant. The hotel had a nice Mexican feel. Breakfast (free, limited menu) is served at a small, popular restaurant next door to the hotel. The meals were very good and the wait staff were very friendly. The restaurant is clearly popular with locals as well as the hotel guests. We had a very comfortable stay and would come again. Devco Baja, Agency / Consultant at Seven Crown Centro Historico La Paz, responded to this review Good morning. Thank you for your feedback and comments. We're glad to hear you had a great experience with us. We look forward to your next visit.

Good location for a overpriced hotel

    rating04 Mar 2025

PROS:- Location, location, location. 5 min walk to the Malecón but out of the busy traffic and noise. 5 min walk to the Cathedral area where there are nice restaurants and bars.- Large room and large bathroom- Private Parking. We allways find space inside but even outside were space if needed- Correct front desk serviceCONS:- Very poor lights in the room- No fridge in the room (a great drawback in a hot city)- Small bar and sometimes closed- If your room is by the pool there's noise, usually kids, during siesta time. Walls are super thin.- Breakfast options limited. No bakery stuff- Overpriced. La Paz is a wonderfull city but accomodation prices are way to high for what you get. This is not an exception. Devco Baja, Agency / Consultant at Seven Crown Centro Historico La Paz, responded to this review Nice day. Thank you for your opinion and comments. We are happy to hear that you have had a good experience and we take your observations into account. We look forward to your next visit.

Dark, dirty, unsafe and does not match description - do not stay here

    rating04 Jan 2025

Do not stay here - dark, dirty, unsafe and unfriendly. We booked a "family suite" and arrived to a dark, dirty hotel room with a door that does not fully shut (missing lock), toilet seat that is all torn up, beds that have no full sheets or bedding, and we shared a wall with restaurant (could hear the cooking staff while we were sleeping). Also they have very rude front desk staff (when we asked to move rooms they refused and offered no help). We had to book a new hotel on short notice and decided it was worth it to get to a place where we could actually sleep peacefully. The photos online look much different than reality. Devco Baja, Agency / Consultant at Seven Crown Centro Historico La Paz, responded to this review Nice day. Thank you for your opinion and comments. We regret not having been able to meet your expectations during your visit. We listen to each and every one of your observations. And they will be taken into account.
