  Got put in this hotel when our aur canada flight was cancelled. So disorganized, people put in rooms with people already in. Our key didn't work, toilet didn't always flush. Huge Crack in bathroom counter. Bed was very hard, asked for pool towel and not given. Spoke poor English. Only offered 3 food items for the cancelled flight which were poor , would not sell us any alcoholic drinks. Website says bar and restaurant open till 11pm.   worth staying for multiple nights

  The City Express was nice hotel for my friends and I to stay at. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable, given its close proximity to the tourist center. There was a very nice swimming pool and the breakfast was good as well. I intentionally use the word "good" often here. You should not go here if you are wanting luxury. This is a nice and clean hotel at a reasonable price worthy of a multi-night stay.   We choose this hotel because we were coming back from Loreto and had an early flight the following morning, it is very close to the San Lucas Airport.Property is nice, rooms a little small for four and we had to ask twice for enough towels.A/C was not working as it should, the room felt warm all night, eventhough it eas set to the highest speed and lower temperature City Express Suites Cabo San Lucas, Owner at City Express Suites by Marriott Cabo San Lucas, responded to this review Thank you for your comments, according to our standards for single or double occupancy we have 2 bath towels 1 hand towel and 1 face towel.   Clean, Modern, Great Value, Safe, Professional Staff!

  I was a bit skeptical at first because phone lines were busy when I tried to call prior to checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by receptionist Axel who made my check in quick and easy. The rates here are very affordable! I was impressed with the modern beauty, cleanliness of the rooms and building, safe location close to downtown Cabo, and professionalism of the staff. Axel, manager Fernando and other hotel managers all went above and beyond to help make my stay pleasant. I will definitely return to City Express Plus when I return to Cabo!   Good budget friendly option

  We are in Cabo for some dental work. If you need major dental work, consider Mexico! About half the price of the States and the dentists at Pure Smile are top notch.We used points to stay 4 nights at the Marriott City Suites. We like having a place that has a kitchenette so that we can eat most meals in the room. The rooms in the Suite side are roomy with a sitting area, kitchenette, and sleeping area. The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, 2 burner stovetop and a microwave. There is a coffee pot, but coffee is not supplied in the room so bring that! Or you can eat breakfast downstairs, but we found the free breakfast is not very substantial. You can pay extra to get a more substantial breakfast. The shower has one of the best temperatures and water pressure I have found! A lot of hotels don't seem to have very hot water, but this one was great. However, there are no washclothes, so bring your own on that!Staff does not speak fluent English, but this can be overcome by typing your question or request into a Translator app and letting them read it. Despite the language barriers they are very friendly and accommodating.I am working while I am here and the Internet is fast, unlike some other places I have stayed at in Cabo. The pool area is nice and has a bar. The location is also across the highway from Walmart and about a $7-10 Uber ride to downtown Cabo - so a good location if you are wanting to go into Cabo. There is no beach access, but I believe you can walk to a public beach from here. We rented a car since we were visiting the dentist daily and the parking is free. I would also recommend Artisano's which is a wonderful treasure trove of Mexican-made items at reasonable prices. It is about a block from the hotel.
