I don’t know if there’s any perfect way to put this into a review. But we have now been back two years in a row and it is by far one of the best family vacation spots we’ve ever encountered. Not only does this spot cater extremely well for parents and kids, but it’s also quite great for the teens/older kiddos. Literally out of the seven nights I think we ate dinner with our kids only 2 to 3 nights because the activities were just far too fun for them to miss. They were happy 24 hours a day the seven days that we were there. The other element that that cannot go unnoticed is the incredible food that is available that does not get you bored after seven days. And the fact that they have 1-1 concierge for room is just unreal. Imagine waking up going to the gym and texting your concierge. What you’d like for breakfast in your room by the time you’re back. Pure bliss.

10 out of 10. This was our second time coming to Grand Velas and it once again exceeded our expectations. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. Opening your balcony door to the ocean every morning is a dream. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a wonderful vacation that makes you want to revisit the moment you leave.

Our trip was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The food was excellent, but the staff was even better. Our concierge, Josue, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made our trip even more enjoyable.

Incredible experience and service from the moment we got to the resort. Food, atmosphere, room, was amazing. Truly 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back! Christian was our personal concierge and he made our stay so wonderful helping us with anything we needed!

We recent;y returned from an incredible family trip to Grand Velas Los Cabos and couldnt be happier with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was world class, but what truly stood out was the personal attention we received from concierge Eric Cuandon. Eric went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about every detail of our stay. Whether it was helping us with reservations, answering questions, or just making sure we felt completely taken care of, Erics warm and professional service made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Absolutely exceeded expectations. I left speechless to be honest. The resort itself is stunning: beautiful grounds, delicious dining, and an atmosphere of total relaxation and it was Erics kindness and dedication that turned our trip into something truly memorable. He truly embodies the spirit of Mexican hospitality at its finest. If you’re planning a stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos, do yourself a favor and ask for Eric. You will not be disappointed.
