We had a great 5 days stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos. The food was fantastic, the staff was incredible, and our butler Mar went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway from cold weather

Location was perfect, property was excellent and the staff was amazing. Cory with member services took very good care of us. Our butlers Chetan Phondekar and Edson Solano provided top of the line service. I don’t know how anyone could have done a better job. All of the staff at the members pool took care of all of our needs. The meals at all of the restaurants was top notch. We plan on returning on a regular basis. Can’t wait to go back and see the people we mentioned. They have taken customer service to a new level.

Family spring break trip to Hard Rock Cabo

Just returned from an incredible trip to Hard Rock Cabo. We visit many all inclusive resorts and this one had the best food and service. Also, it’s relatively new, so all the rooms are exceptionally clean.We had the best Butler in the world! Dustin provided rockstar service for our entire trip. He hooked us up with cabanas and dinners throughout the trip and made the entire experience easy.Also a shoutout to Felix, the best waiter in the complex. Felix was amazing by the pool everyday. We’d pick our beach chairs depending on where he was working.Thank you to Dustin and Felix being providing over the top service.
