Our family had the best time at Krystal Grand Los Cabos last year! Lots of activities for the kids and grownups. We had a room right on the beach that had a private little pool right outside our sliding door. Service came right to us there as well! Drinks were great and so was the food! One of our favourite places to hang out was the open air restaurant which we enjoyed so much for both breakfast AND dinner everyday. Shout outs to Sergio, Beatriz, Estephania, Leo, Carlos, and Fernando who were all magnificent at their jobs! PS Shout out to Tania at the kids club too!

Very nice experience and stay at Krystal Grand. Food and drinks are very good. Armando was very helpful and most friendly to me and my fiancée. He helped with everything we needed. If you come to Krystal Grand Los Cabos I recommend asking for him when you stay here!

Terrible!! We paid for a swim out room and our room was smoke filled and luckily we weren’t killed. They had no other rooms available so sent us to an old dilapidated condo across the street. Won’t refund our money at this point. Stay away from this place!

We came for our Spring Break trip. Pedro and Julian by far made the trip the absolute best. I have been to many resorts and their service was top notch. Very attentive and the friendliest staff. They went above and beyond and their generosity was immeasurable. Definitely ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
