We loved staying at Sandos! The resort is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. Joel at the pool was terrific with keeping us hydrated and fed while we enjoyed the sunshine at the pool!!! Alfredo helped us with taxis and navigating around Cabo. Wish there were more food options available, but we definitely didn’t starve! We would definitely consider staying there again!

Edgar went above and beyond for us our entire stay. His efficiency and quick response was unmatchable. He was sincere and kind always. We know we now have a friend for life. Our waiter, Carlos, at the pool was attentive and kind. He remembered our orders throughout our stay. He took time to make sure we were taken care of. Carmen always had a smile and a kind word. She had a fun vibe. We really loved her!Uki has always been amazing on efficiency trip of ours. She is so kind and fun. We look forward to seeing her each time. Francisco in the lobby bar makes amazing drinks and always has a smile to share. We love that his face is one of the first we see every trip. Sosa is also a face we look forward in seeing. Really good experience overall! They did not disappoint at all from the restaurants, bar, and most importantly the customer service.
