We had a short stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos and had an amazing time! The hotel is immaculate the grounds exquisite and the service was and always makes the stay the best! I can’t thank the staff enough for the amazing service and care they showed us! We loved everything. Charlie at Himitsu and Xavier playing violin at Portofino were both amazing. Fernando was very fun at leading volleyball and pool activities. Chucky as our waiter at the pool was the best!

Favorite All-Inclusive Resort!!

We just came back to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos for our fifth time, and this trip validated exactly why we keep coming back. The food is amazing, the resort itself is excellent, we love the layout, and the entire property is just a great experience. But what really separates Secrets Puerto Los Cabos from everywhere else we have stayed is the service. It is truly second to none and, in our opinion, far exceeds what you would expect for the price point. We have stayed at a lot of different resorts over the years, and the service here continues to stand out.This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating our 10th anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it an incredible experience. At the pool, Genner and Jorge were absolutely fantastic all week. Their service was phenomenal, and they were a huge part of why we had such a great time. At dinner, we absolutely loved Ismael and Charlie at the hibachi restaurant. They were both fantastic and made the entire dinner such a fun experience. At Portofino, Manny and Antony were absolutely phenomenal as well. The service was incredible and once again reminded us why the staff at this resort is so special.We had an absolutely amazing week and could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. The best part is that we are already coming back again in just a couple of months, and we cannot wait to see everyone again.

Beautiful location. The rooms are a bit dated but still pretty nice. All of the staff is pleasant. Bartenders are very inconsistent. Preferred club concierge didn’t do anything for us so it was not worth the additional cost. I have been to three other secrets resorts, and this one was OK, but I would rank it at the bottom of the resorts I’ve been to.

Great time, beautiful resort that is overall clean but maybe a bit dated. Enjoyed the pools, beach was closed for our whole stay and that should maybe be made more clear ahead of time. Seems like it's only open seasonal. Axel in the entertainment department was awesome, made things fun and kept us moving. Food was pretty good for the most part, had one or two meals we wouldn't recommend. We'd definitely visit again.
