  We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel, only 20min walk from the main food and bar district. Check in was smooth, they wanted to convert my USD room rate into MXN with a very unfavourable exchange rate, but were willing to charge me in USD once I made the request, recommended. Roof terrace with generous pool and bar/ restaurant was nice and relaxing, Wendy at breakfast a real superstar, the selection was so generous…eggs, local specialities, fruits, super. Room and bed very nice. Recommended I’d stay again

  Location is very conveniente for both business (in front of the Convention center) and pleasure (2 blocks from Paseo Montejo). The service is extremely good, from the front desk (patricia and Ernesto to mention few…one day I will remember them all!) and the restaurant Napa (Victoria, Juan, Jeremiah and again I will remember more next time I promise!), they always makes feel very welcome, like at home, and they are always willing to assist with anything you need! The cleanliness team also does a great job, kudos! One of the best option in Merida for quality, price and location!

  So we first stayed here when we came to visit. Now we live in the city and we come here for breakfast on Sundays. It’s really great especially for Americans. We’d like to have a American breakfast.
