  An unpleasant experience

  Don't spend your money in this place. You have to pay for your cleaning because you get it every 7 days apart. Laundry is like going to social security if 24 hours. But with a file, it's noisy. Even though you report it, they don't allow visitors. Beds aren't comfortable at all. Dirty place.   A BAD EXPERIENCE

  I stayed here as I attended a Convention at the Convention Center across the street.Attention at check in is good, the rooms fine.You should check the shower as the water comes out and wets the area where the toilet is.My comment goes in the sense of the noise of the guests. At the reception at check in it is clear from the signed entry slip that after ten o’clock it is time for silence and no noise, meetings or anything like that is allowed.Well that night there were young guests who did not heed these measures and from 2 am they were running through the corridors, banging doors, dragging chairs, music at full volume.I spoke to reception reporting the incident, they went upstairs and made them shut up, the same thing happened again later, I reported it again, they went up again. But the scandal went on all night.I believe that being a hotel that welcomes guests who go to work, business, conventions, entrepreneurs and so on, they should take great care of the silence at certain times to seek rest for everyone.Obviously I don't go back there.
