Staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner wouldn't go below 20.5 and for 6 nights i couldn't sleep. It must be locked not to go below that temp. The hallways were always dirty with crumbs of some sort. The remote control disappeared on night 6 and we had go go down to get a new one and it didn't control the TV. The safe worked but you had to open it by pulling on the label which was peeling off. Lamp shade as below. Sheets were blood stained and always felt crunchy.. not impressed and won't go back.

We stayed for seven days. The staff was excellent. Rooms were cleaned with perfection. The people at the counter were so helpful and polite. The people in the breakfast area were first class. I felt safe in the area, you must use the room key to go from first floor to other floors to get elevator to activate. Food was very good. One suggestion would be to provide wash clothes for bathroom.

A Lovely and Nice hotel
14 Jul 2023
I stayed at this hotel from 10 July and leaving early morning 16 July. I have enjoyed my stay here. The personell are very helpful. The breakfast is nice. You have a nice bar and restaurant inside the hotel. It is situated in a quite place outside downtown Merida, with a lot of transport opportunities to downtown or other places. Thank you for this time, hope to see this hotel again😊

First of all I have to admit that the reception girl was very nice and accommodating. I got a nice junior suite upgrade (Hilton Diamond) and the two star rating is not due to that. The problem is that there is no soundproofing at all and apparently people love to pull and push furniture on the blank tile floors at 5:30 in the morning and then all day afterwards on all of the other floors. You can absolutely listen to everything your neighbors are saying ,their cellphones, the ringtones and unless you’re a very social person ,which I am obviously not ,I don’t think I’m going to come back to this hotel ever. There is no bell boy and no room service at all. I’m glad I could book this at 10,000 points because it’s not worth $120 a night, absolutely not in a city where you can get a nice hotel for $45. By the way this is the hotel that is probably the farthest ever from the airport. There is not one supermarket or anything useful within the next 3 miles. You get a Cosco (no US members accepted, duuhhh) and one of those useless malls without even 1 luxury or at least interesting brand (unless you consider Zara,Stradivarius ,H&M and pull&bear luxury,Yawnnn) . Do yourself a favor, if you don’t get a rental car don’t take this hotel which is really faaaaaarrrr away. It’s not even Mérida anymore.I got another 5 day in points booking with them which I just canceled. God bless the points as I can cancel immediately without any penalties.I Couldn’t believe how bad it (the construction to be fair) was. And what about the grumpy bartender? Resuming: If you can’t sleep in a hotel, what’s the point? And…no Pool in city with 85F the whole year ! Come’ on !

We always feel at home. The staff are very polite, lovely, friendly and professional. Very good services, cleaning and hygiene. And the location is quite beautiful and useful, surrounded by very interesting and wonderful places.
