  It is not what it offers as a boutique hotel, the rooms have cement floor and fractured, the food service leaves a lot to say, only two people rm kitchen and one day we had to attend one, obviously not enough, there were days when no longer had inputs to offer us what was on the menu.We realized that it is not supported by the administration to have more staff.They do not offer a refrigerator for the safekeeping of medicines.Kindly the receptionist kept them in hers, but someone else threw them away, pretty bad.The only good thing is that it's very central.   It was really worth the price! It’s centric , king size bed was comfortable , it has hot water , air conditioner , Netflix etc.They permites baggage drop off, I paid only 679 mxn for a night which it really reasonable price due to the service you receive.

  we stayed 3 nights very comfortable, had a king size bed on the 3rd floor very comfortable, the lady that does house keeping does very good. They have parking and 4 blocks from the city center.If you are looking for a clean place to stay this place is for you. I went with my girlfriend and had a great time.

  Terrible hotel, run away as fast as you can!The service is awful, they barely acknowledge you and are not helpful at all.The rooms are big but empty, with no amenities, no desk, no place to sit and barely any place to put your clothing.The pool is tiny and dirty.In short, our worst hotel experience in Mexico.
