  This hotel has some quirks! The keycard needs to be activated daily because it deactivates itself. The open plan of the hotel makes it wet on a rainy day to walk to your room, slippery tiles everywhere. The next door (hotel)restaurant has live music which is very noisy and makes sleeping early impossible. But the rooms are ok. The shower is good, the wifi is fine. Parking is in a public parking behind the hotel, close to the restaurant entrance. Upon check-in we had a misunderstanding about the price, we booked through booking and they wanted us to pay more than the bill of booking stated, we arrived soaked wet (we ride motorbikes and got caught in the rain) check-in took forever due to the bill argument and misunderstanding, and it had to be sorted out before we could take a shower and get ourselves into dry clothes. We just stood there waiting and waiting while dripping water........Not my kind of hotel. A bit overpriced and the staff is far from friendly. The COVID rules apply but really I would not trust them with my health. We cleaned doorknobs, light switches, they do not overly clean so to speak.

  We took this hotel because the pictures looked pretty nice and that there nothing left available near the center... big mistake! We had a charmless room on the groundfloor that was really outdated. The bathroom was stinky and the shower head was literally green. The mirror was stainless and a reflective sticker had been put on it. The bed sheet was not covering the full mattress. On our first night we asked for a bigger sheet and had to do the bed ourselves. And the next night we had to ask again and do the bed again. Some would say you get what you pay for, but we have been in far far better places for the same price in Mexico.   Nice hotel for the price

  This was a very nice hotel, with very nice rooms. Found the staff to be rather indifferent. Didn't chat or make us feel very welcoming. Signed us in and basically ignored us. Upon leaving and coming back, never acknowledged us unless we walked up to the desk and addressed someone directly.The room was fairly spacious, clean. Had a nice sitting area on balcony upstairs. Safe in the room. Nice and quiet. The location was perfect for walking everywhere...especially downtown.   Great Hotel for the Money and Location

  we spent 6 nights here 1 week on Nov 2017 and had a fantastic stay. it is a 3 star property but the rooms were spacious clean and some what up to date with pillow top medium firm mattresses . the breakfast was cook to order from a very nice lady next to the beautiful pool for only 60 peso's . if the bathrooms were a little nicer we would give them a 4 star, but still we would love to stay here againwe do recommend

  Toilet not working. Desk hand was not helpful and did not accommodate me

  We checked in to the place everything fine and then when we checked the room the toilet did not work properly. I asked to be moved and di not want to, they gave a bucket Alejandro Arce terrible.......
