  The location is good. A 15-minute walk to the town. The rooms are ok. No fridge, coffee machine, or safe. The toilets are filthy. Breakfast is a joke with limited quantity & service. Four pieces of fruit on a plate ..No restaurant or food service.

  Spent one night here as part of a tour. After an excellent day it was very disappointing to arrive at this hotel. Air conditioning unit is old and very noisy. Three sockets to recharge phones, cameras, and I-pad, but only the plug in the bathroom worked. New tiles in shower, but soap dish and door rim were very dirty. Broken window in bathroom which allowed mosquitoes to get into the room. Furniture stained and not well maintained. Sink faucets were loose and faucets dripped. Wi-Fi was poor. Do not know how this hotel is rated 4*. Needs a serious renovation.

  Nice rooms - poor wifi, no safe box, no laundry options

  Pretty good hotel within 10 minutes of walking distance to center of Merida.+Nice and clean rooms.+Nice view of Merida from the top floor which everyone can access.-No safe box in the room. You can store items in the reception safe box area, but they are not big enough for a laptop or headphones.-Poof wifi. Had to go to the reception to use the wifi, most of the times.

  The staff is very kind, the hotel is really good, not the newest but more than enough for a good stay. The best aspect of this hotel is the wide parking area and location. Maybe is not very near to the downtown like other but its location is not bad just 10 min. walking and there are some supermarkets, stores and restaurants in the nearby The terrace is very beautiful at night and a nice place to have a rest looking the city. I think they need to work in the menu of the restaurant because it has just a few options and the pool maybe is not good located (in front of the restaurant where everybody looking at you), but these are just minor issues. Definitively I can repeat this hotel if have a chance. To improve the cost/benefit rate for this hotel I suggest that simple breakfast should be included in the room rate.

  We stayed at this hotel for one night as a part of our tour of Mexico. This hotel needs a serious renovation. All the facilities from the lobby all the way up to the rooms look like you travel back to the 60's. The bedroom is awful and the air conditioning is so loud you cannot sleep at night. Breakfast isn't a buffet but you order either eggs or pancakes but portions are tiny. I give them 2 out of 5 because of the smile of the stuff other wise it's a 0 out of 5.
