Check in was quick and easy. The room was very spacious and clean. Kitchenette area is a big plus! My room was clean. Air conditioner was ice cold. Hotel is very secure. The only bad thing is the parking! The parking area is very small and tight. If you are driving a big truck or SUV it might be a challenge at night.

Excellent service, the employees are friendly, respectful and kind, clean rooms, comfy beds. I recommend this place for everyone to stay and definitely we'll back to stay in this place again. Thanks you.

Terrible experience. Not at all as expected for what was advertised. No utensils for the cooktop. No ice in the freezer, two coat hangers, plugged sink, dirty floors throughout. Bilingual? Only 1 during our stay.

Could not have asked for more - the hotel was easy, clean, affordable, and friendly with quick access to the Cathedral and a lot of shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely come back and stay here.

The title says it all.. Check-in process was slow with 3 employees behind the counter and only 1 helping guests. The young man who checked us in was in a bad mood and had a bad attitude. The lobby/reception area was very small, barely enough room to maneuver with all the people trying to check in/walk out. Coffee/hot water, some fruit and small donuts were provided during the morning. Donuts were pretty good. The parking area was also very small with only 1 entrance/exit. A lot of the spots were double parking spots, meaning, if you parked in front spot and someone parked behind you, and for some reason you try and leave and security can’t find the person who parked behind you, you are $hi+ out of luck... if you were the one who parked in 2nd spot, be prepared to move your car if other person needs to leave or leave your keys with the guard.The room was averaged size and beds were a little stiff but not too bad. Sheets looked to be off white color and pretty bad and dirty shape. Only 2 pillows per bed. No rollaway beds or cribs. The floors were dirty. Furniture looked like they purchased the cheapest build your own furniture they could find. Restroom was ok, they could do a better job of cleaning and stocking it. no shampoo/lotion provided. Only had 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper, no extra roll. Location is excellent with Plaza San Pedro across the street, and many dining options within walking distance.Considering this hotel is pretty new, it is in pretty bad shape, I rented 3 rooms on 1st floor and my sister rented 1 room on the 4th floor, they were all pretty bad. Fue to this, I will not stay here again nor can I recommend it to anyone.
