    Comfortable and clean hotel near Centro Banamex

    Really comfortable experience. I needed a hotel near Centro Banamex and chose this one based upon the reviews. The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong, and the staff were very nice. I would return here again without hesitation.     The hotel is lovely and comfortable, the staff is fantastic from the front desk to Raul, el Bellboy extraordinaire! They were great at recommending places to visit and arranging modes of transportation. We would gladly stay here again and explore some more!     This hotel is perfectly fine - rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was particularly good for quite a small hotel. It’s a modern hotel - not particularly characterful - but perfectly functional.The main issue with the hotel is the location - it is in quite a nice residential area - but the traffic in Mexico City is APPALLING - and the location meant it was impossible to get anywhere in less than an hour. The historic center is only a few km away - but was not walkable and hard to reach.     Great Polanco location with stellar service, but dated facilities

    Perfectly located in Polanco, a safe and lively neighborhood (one of the safest and beautiful neighborhoods in Mexico) The hotel is dated but functional, with great staff, a spa, gym and restaurant (opens at 7am) Heating doesn´t work Solid 7.5/10 pts.
