36 junior suites, 31 suites, 69 single rooms and 147 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Stayed here for 5 nights while I'm in Mexico City.Hotel staff are very friendly. Room is spacious and wifi works well. The breakfast spread is quite decent.There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Also 3 convenient shops where you can get bottled water. Environment is safe.

    The room was amazing. Spacious and comfy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Pepsi WTC was so close which was perfect since we had a concert there.

    We stayed here overnight because AeroMexico used this for a cancelled flight, we had vouchers to stay here, our room was on the second floor. The staff were 5 star and super helpful. The room was spacious, the TV screen large, there is a nice shower and jacuzzi. There was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant smell in the room, coming from the bathroom. Then we went to the restaurant for dinner. They first presented very expensive bottles of wine. As usual we went with the lowest cost one 850 Mx pesos. Then they attempted to cheat us for on the bill and billed us for more than 2000 Mx pesos! We were shocked and it was totally embarrassing for them. The restaurant food was the worst we have had in Mexico ever! The murals in the restaurant were stunning! The breakfast restaurant was way better. We had no complaints. But since the evening restaurant is part of the hotel, it influenced our overall impression of the hotel.

    Best hotel in Mexico City for the price! Loved the jetted tub, a luxury in Mexico, and the breakfast is fantastic (unless you're a vegan).
