  The beds were old and super uncomfortable, no Wifi or cell phone signal in the room. Loud music played until 1 am and staff talked loudly inside the room at 2 am with another guest.

  Its a really big hostel with lots of rooms/people., but it still felt safe. There are plenty of bathrooms + showers but not clean, what you expect tho. In the shared rooms you get your twin bed with a set of sheets - there is a curtain and power outlet.   Can’t sleep because of loud music

  Very loud music played late at night. Impossible to sleep. They should mention it in their description until what time the music goes. The women at reception said it would be until 11 which is acceptable but it did not stop. If I had known, I would have been somewhere else.   He was great in help me book tour guides, mentioned those free and always found me the fastest and cheapest route. His service also expanded to things outside his scope. I'm so grateful for his quick response and accurate information. I wonder if he ever sleeps?   seriously this guy is a rockstar, he treats you with a very kind heart , doing his job and at the same time caring for your needs, the staff are all connected positivly in the work environment. this place is managed good , giovani is the manager , and he does his job goooooooooood. he will help you out with whatever you need.as he is chief, the minions will follow with the same positivity , genghes kahn style . i am still staying here haha , and so this review is not of those where you fly awaaaaaaaay. gooooodbyyyeee and thankyou sooo much. nah man seirosuly im in the room congratulating this man, i saw today a very special emotion he shared with someone that was just checking in,and i saw his emotion and ccare for this person, that i literally said " yo giovioani i am going toright a positive reiew on tripadvisor haha your the man my friend.
