    BAD EXPERIENCE, THE HOTEL CANCELED THE RESERVATION.

    I called to let them know that my flight was at night, and that there would probably be a delay, so I would arrive after 12:00 am. They told me there would be no problem and they would put a note.When I arrived the receptionist said that there was no note, that he canceled my reservation due to no show and left me without accommodation at 2:00 am.He said that if I wanted to pay for a new reservation plus half a stay so he could give me the room.He never wanted to help solve it even though I explained the situation and said that if I wanted I could complain, and I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night.     This hotel is clean and the check-in process was really easy. We just popped in for a short night during a layover but things were seamless once we got a taxi who knew where to go. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.     The floors where filthy with hair. 1 towel in the bathroom for 3 people.The hot breakfast in the morning consists of corn flakes , fruit and toast.For the same price, the hotel next door is much better.     I found this gem. It is my first time in Mexico City. It offered everything I needed for my stay the staff was kind and very helpful. For an additional fee I was able to do an early check in. They offer breakfast that was pretty good. I also had a nice view, I would definitely recommend it.     I have stayed at a number of City Expresses and was very disappointed in this one. It has a terrible smell from sewer gas throughout the hotel, not just in one area. I cancelled my second night stay after I woke up with a headache on the first night.
