    Great hotel if you need to be in this area

    We choose this hotel as it was perfectly positioned half way between the airport and some customers we had to visit.Easy to reach by car with free parking .We got assigned room #510 with two queen beds.Room was perfectly insulated so it was quiet at all times, adequate in size and also perfectly divided.We had a great stay and can’t really relate with other reviews that complain about the staff or the cleanliness.Our room was cleaned to perfection every day and all the staff was very helpful.The bed is comfortable, and the sheets, linings, and towels are all of good quality.Complimentary breakfast is served in the lobby and is simple but complete.A fridge is not available in the room but there is a vending machine and an ice machine on the ground floor.The area around the hotel doesn’t offer much so if you have to have dinner you need to drive a few minutes.The only thing that could be improved is the WiFi connection in the room which was extremely slow.Otherwise the hotel is a great choice.

    Overall, it’s an ok hotel for the price and location, however they can improve a lot.My comments in detail.1.- Cleaning is not too good. When we came back for the second night they hadn’t taken the garbage out (the trash can was full). Carpet was dirty, I highly doubt they ever vacuum. 2.- Staff has the disgusting habit of making a room check by knocking door by door at 8 am, what the heck?? We were very tired and were abruptly awoken by this situation, can’t they do this check without disturbing the guests?? This has happened twice in the previous times I’ve been to this hotel, extremely irritating and they main reason why I’m writing this review.3.- Our first night was terrible. The people next door were drunk and loud, we were awoken around 3 am by their noise (loud sexual talk and they were hitting on the floor/walls). We complained to the main desk and they agreed to move us from the 2nd to the 5th floor so we could get some sleep. While I understand this can’t totally be prevented, I believe the hotel staff should do more to prevent these situations, this is supposed to be a business/family hotel, not a no-tell motel.4.-Breakfast is ok, I believe is a decent meal for this kind of hotel. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs dish, beans, toast. Better than most budget hotels in the USA.     I will just post my pics, no words needed. I will just worn you - there is no restaurant in the hotel, you can order junk food in, and it's the most dangerous part of Mexico, so you won't go out for dinner! I have no ide how this hotel got such good reviews on here.     The cleanliness is it's only Plus. Rude and obnoxious front desk staff and to go along with that, bed sheets and towels are worn down and bad quality.Not very many hotels in the area if I were to return it would only be for that reason.     Great service, affordable, minor oversight

    The service was great, employees care about upholding high standards of customer service. Hotel has a shuttle, breakfast is included, wifi is complementary and reliable. Only drawback was that my room had a smell of humidity; which am sure was an oversight since I've stay at this hotel previously and never had issues. So this is an isolated incident. Hotel is very safe and affordable. About 10 minutes from the airport. A good choice when traveling through AICM.
