    The room was clean and comfortable. Safety access to building is a plus. Great breakfast. Will stay in the hotel again. Shops, supermarket, movie theaters and Starbucks are in the same complex buildings in for of a small mall.     This review is for the City Express with a Starbucks location outside. I stayed here Saturday night and left early Sunday morning. There is a cantina right next to the hotel that played loud music way past 2am on Saturday night. I was not able to sleep until they turned it off. I tried earplugs and they didn't work because the base resonated on the walls. Extremely unpleasant. I called reception 2x however I don't think they were able to do much about it.If loud music doesn't bother you, the hotel room itself is clean, convenient with a hair dryer and an iron. Did not get to experience breakfast since we left at 6am.
