  Great Location and Rooms, But Service Falls Short

  This was our second time staying at this hotel while visiting family in the area. On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was convenient to have both a mini-fridge and a microwave. The location is excellent, with a supermarket and several good restaurants within walking distance.However, the service was disappointing. On a couple of days we left around 9 a.m. and returned around 3 p.m., only to find that housekeeping had not cleaned the room. The bathroom door is made of glass and doesn’t lock, so there isn’t much privacy. The water pressure was weak, and the temperature never got truly hot. The breakfast was also not good. It would have been nice if the TV offered apps like Netflix or Hulu.   Entrance is hard to see, only one person in the Lobby for checking in. Elevator is so small luggage and passengers can’t ride in the same elevator. Pictures are worth more than a thousand words… stain in the Lobby main sitting area of lobby.   Very basic hotel, awful breakfast

  Just basic accommodations for a quick business trip. Very basic furnishings and no drawers at all in the rooms. Continental breakfast included with the rate with the cheapest and poorest quality offerings, slow refill times an almost invisible waitstaff...Had a la carte breakfast on the second day with good food but awful service, had to beg 3 times for a glass of water even though I was one of only two tables occupied at the time. The whole feel of the hotel is unkempt and poorly supervised staff.   People are nice. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant is not bad. Continental breakfast is typical. Towels can use a makeover and showers more water pressure. Overall good for a short trip. Location is good with restaurants shopping and movies walking distance.   Hairs in room. No english speaking staff. No breakfast included only yoghurt and fruit. Price quality is too expensive.

  Breakfast is disaster. No english speaking staff. Payed more than 100 euro per night for room and have to pay extra for eggs in the morning. Ordered scrambled eggs with bacon unions and tomato. Two times they brought omelet with salsa. Third time we got only little scrambled eggs without unions and tomato. What a disgrace!! Never would recomend this place. Price quality is really poor!!
