    Simply the best in Santa Fe

    On my 2nd Business visit to Santa Fe, Mexico; I decided to spend 12 nights at The City Express Suites and believe me the experience was surreal. The price of the room was literally half that of more renowned hotels in the vicinity and all rooms at the City Express Suites come with a full fledged kitchen including a refrigerator, blender, cutlery, utensils, induction etc. I had a room that was HUGE. I loved my stay at this Marriott's property. This is a no frill hotel with almost the same breakfast everyday and no fancy reception but the people are nice and adorn a smile. I was a bit wary after booking coz the ratings on TripAdvisor were quite low but I decided to give it a shot and I did not regret it one bit. Kudos to all who make this a nice place to stay. It's a cool 10 mins walk to the famous Centro mall where there is no dearth of eating options. Give it a try!

    We stayed at the master suite that has 2 bedrooms and its really comfy, specially traveling with small children, you have separate rooms but still keep an eye on them.Last time we had an issue at check in, they were really rude but this time the lady at front desk was so nice and helpful.Because we stayed at the master suite you have a private buffet breakfast with only those at the executive floor, this we loved because sometimes at the main restaurant it gets crowded for breakfast.     The hotel is ok, it provides a very decent bed, room is cleaned daily. I stayed for an extended stay (1.5 months), breakfast is the same every single day (Mon-Sun), the restaurant is SO bad and expensive. I had problems with my wi-fi from time to time, safeguard had no batteries, shower drain was clogged all of this issues were solved by the hotel but not that fast.

    Frontdesk employees weren't very helpful to attend our requests. They didn't seem to care that we needed 2 adjoining rooms, even when we requested them on our reservation. The rest of the staff was very nice.The hotel is good located and the rooms were comfortable.
