Location

The hotel is located in the city's most significant historic district, and is just a 5-minute walk from the Monument de la Revolution, as well as theatres and museums, and is also just a block away from the Paseo de la Reforma junction and Insurgentes, as well as being close to banks and civil authorities. Guests have a choice of 8 junior suites, 67 single rooms and 80 double rooms located in two 9-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Was very high quality, Elon musk probably owns this hotel. The beds were amaze never felt so comfortable in a bed from my bed at home. Many attractions around the hotel, in the heart of everything. Felt the Mexican vibe which made it just feel worth it to experience the Mexican vibes. OH also service was very very good.

    Everything is dirty, furniture and bathrooms are old, no A/C, beds are old and not comfortable... at night you can hear everything at the hotel!The host was rude and disrespectful!At night its very unsecured

    This review is regarding my brother's experience. For reasons beyond his control, he wasn't able to arrive to Mexico city. We provided them with all documentation regarding the situation and they didn't even try to help us. His reservation was for almost 10 days and they didn't give us a penny back. Cheap is what cheap you get

    I love this hotel. Lost cost, a pool, helpful staff, great food nearby - What's not to love. The rooms are clean. You are walking distance to the Centro Historico, The Alameda and the Zona Rosa. Lots of great cafes near there too (I love Cielito Lindo on Reforma just around the corner.I have stayed here 10+ times and never had a problem

    ubicacion perfecta, rooms small and very old, the TV must have 30 years airconditioning is managed from a long distance you have no control,service and price excelent the staff is great, taxix at the airport are available for two hundres pesos if you take a taxi in the street is only 50 pesos. do not go in Luly, it is the rainig season, but that did not stop me from going to very exiting places, do no recomend the city tours by bus , is only 140 pesos all day, but the sound is terrible in the bus, and if you go to one destination , you spend the whole day there, if you take a taxi is onoy 30 pesos or 60 return that way you save 90 pesos, those not seems to but saving , but since you are spending money all day at the end of the day you save a lot
