    WORST HOTEL EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!     Mizael was great and helped me get through the process with the language barrier. Directed me from uber drop-off to room with no hiccups. Helped with luggage. Room is very clean and hotel is nice.     The kitchen was empty of many items on your menu for dinner. They were also out of many basic alcohol options (tequila for example). One night they tried to close early while I was still thinking about dinner, the microwaved me a fake hawaiian pizza using sliced sandwich meat. desk staff were easy to speak english too, wait staff were not.     Food was excellent and service was excellent.Waiting time is not bad, the delivery of the food was fast and everything was in perfect conditions. Soups were hot and nicely displayed.I recommend the food service in this hotel as my experience was just great.     Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.
