    Uncooperative Management

    rating23 Mar 2026

I found the management of this hotel to be uncooperative and unreasonably inflexible in resolving a booking issue via Expedia.

Poor service at front desk... Poorly managed hotel...

    rating15 Jan 2025

Personnel at front not very cordial and can be lazy... especially the young guy with round glasses; they need to be supervised and coached on what it means to give good customer service. Poorly managed hotel… El personal poco amable, especialmente el joven moreno de lentes con armazón redondo que no quiere ni levantar un dedo para dar servicio. ¿Dónde está la gerencia? Se necesita un mejor liderazgo por parte de la administración…

    Fine, bring White Noise, though

    rating05 Nov 2024

Everything was fine, except the loud music until 4:AM. We overcame it with the HVAC fan, the bathroom exhaust fan and white noise from our phone. We sleep during the summer with a fan, so that’s not a problem at all. The room was nice, if dark, since there is only the one window, but it has to be closed because of the noise anyway. I hate having to toss toilet paper in a garbage can, but that’s part of the deal in much of Latin America. At least there was a seat on the toilet! We walked all over from there, to Centro to Chapultepec Park to go to the anthropological museum and see the castle. The Dia de Muerte parade took place close by, on Reforma, so we got to see that also. Lots of restaurants close by.

    Lacking. Average.

    rating16 May 2024

Lacking. Average at best. Pros: -Near an active block/ area, of if that what you’re looking for, it works. -It’s a suite - a living room and bedroom. - mini fridge and microwave Cons:- Wifi is a joke. Goes in and out constantly. It sucks for phones, and near impossible for actually doing work or work calls on a laptop. I could never even do an app update on my phone because the wifi would disconnect. -Two towels one hand cloth in the entire suite. No napkins for living room. No wash cloths. Nada- No Kleenex; but there’s one box in the lobby so you know it’s just a cheaping out situation - One of the two elevators is always out. It’s almost like they’re alternating them, because they both can’t conveniently work and not work at alternating times. - AC in the room is so-so but the place never gets cold enough and you can’t even direct it to the bedroom only or the living room only. -There’s a coffeemaker but no mugs, no sugar, and no utensils or bottle openers anywhere. It’s just a suite full of empty drawers and closets. I won’t be back.
